We value diversity and empower our employees to reach their full potential.The RoleAtturra is looking for a driven and motivated Mid-Senior Systems Analyst for a permanent opportunity, to work within the Cloud Business Solutions team and showcase their strong analysis skills to Atturra's clients.Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.You will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.The ideal candidate will be based in Canberra and will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement in our Atturra office, or at the client site (as needed). Additionally, an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is a requirement for this role due to the Federal Government project.Responsibilities:Examine and evaluate current systemsIdentify system requirementsLiaise with users to track additional requirements and featuresDocument interfaces between new and legacy systemsCollaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systemsValidate changes by testing programsTrain users on the new operation systems and provide supportEnsure deadline and budget requirements are metStay up to date with current technologies and technical developmentsTechnical Requirements:5-7 years' experience as a Mid - Senior Systems AnalystPrevious experience in a Federal Government project highly desiredStrong ability to understand the build processBe able to ask sensible questions and develop systems designHands-on experience with software development and documentationSolid knowledge of business information systemsAbility to explain technical detailsExcellent analytical skillsMust be Canberra based, with an active AGSVA Baseline Security ClearanceEffective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to effectively recognise and adapt to changeAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHigh level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.Atturra is committed to addressing the digital skills gap and advocating for diversity and inclusion.
