Site Project Engineer

Our partnered Client in the Northern Territory are currently on the hunt for an experienced Site Engineer to join their Project team at an established mining operation.
This is an ongoing, contract opportunity for the right individual.
The ideal FIFO roster we have to offer will be a 4 days on, 3 days off (Mon-Thu) with an 8 days on, 6 days off roster every third to fourth swing to provide weekend coverage on site.
FIFO points are either Cairns or Darwin, and applicants who reside elsewhere will be provided with flights from their home base if successful.
Shifts are primarily days working 12 hours, with night shifts scheduled in advance in accordance with work scopes.
You will be joining a Brownfields Project focused on structural remediation works across the mine site.
To be considered, applicants must meet the following essential criteria: Tertiary qualification(s) in Mechanical or Structural Engineering; Demonstrated Site and/or Projects based experience (minimum 2 years post-Grad); MS Project, Excel and SAP experience; Working at Heights Certificate; Open Drivers' Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle; and Full Australian Working Rights.
Key attributes we are seeking in our newest team member will include: Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities; Clear, direct and detailed verbal and written communication skills; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally; A leading approach to Workplace Health and Safety behaviours and practices, in line with AS/NZ standards and Company Lifesaving Rules; and A team focus on success and delivery.
Shortlisted applicants will need to provide a minimum of two (2) relevant work references and will be subject to a thorough interview and pre-employment on-boarding process.
This will include pre-site inductions, fitness for work assessments and drug and alcohol screening.
