Ciam Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution for a leading organization.
This role will involve working closely with security, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure secure and seamless digital experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize CIAM features, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate across departments and manage external CIAM vendors.
Monitor system performance, customer authentication, and handle issue resolution.
Develop and drive CIAM strategy, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Required Skills: Experience with CIAM platforms and identity protocols.
Strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
