Now, they're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic, high-performing team in a Monday to Friday role that promises both excitement and growth
The Role : As the heart of this fast-paced office, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing vital office and sales administration support, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Assisting with listing and sales activities, helping bring properties to life in the market. Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, creating compelling content that catches the eye. Managing the database and ensuring flawless data entry, keeping things organised and efficient. Crafting engaging social media and email content, driving brand awareness and client engagement. Upholding high professional standards to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients. Handling general office duties and maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. Providing top-notch communication to clients, ensuring every interaction leaves them impressed and satisfied. The Candidate : We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, with:
Previous residential Real Estate experience in a similar role, ready to hit the ground running. A Real Estate certificate. Strong administrative skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to connect with clients and colleagues alike. A proven ability to build strong client relationships and always deliver exceptional customer service. A deep knowledge of the local area, giving you the edge in a competitive market.
