Job DescriptionAs a Lecturer, you will provide teaching, research, and service to the Department in Marketing. You will assist in developing innovative curriculum options at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, produce scholarly outputs, and offer service to the discipline, Department, University, and community.
Responsibilities:Foster an outstanding student experience and encourage active participation in learning and teaching across the University's programs.Continuously improve teaching practice through professional development and critical reflection.Foster innovation and a future-focused approach to support high-quality learning and teaching outcomes.Contribute to knowledge advancement by maintaining a research portfolio with high-quality outputs.Develop impactful partnerships by engaging and collaborating with external stakeholders.About YouYou should hold a doctoral qualification in Marketing or a relevant discipline. Additionally, you will demonstrate:
Ability to network effectively to improve working relationships with government, industry, and community stakeholders.Knowledge and leadership in teaching and curriculum development at the tertiary level.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to a collegial work environment.Salary Range:The full-time base salary for Lecturer (Level B) is in the range $110,464 - $131,180 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total FTE package is in the range $129,243 - $153,481 per annum.
