Working closely with hiring managers in multiple regions, you will understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs effectively.
Your expertise will help us not only fill critical positions but also build a strong, diverse talent pipeline that supports our future growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent across multiple regions.Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to reach potential candidates globally.Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit with our PWR values – Respect, Passion, Team Work.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the hiring process.Collaborate with HR, management, and external industry partners to enhance our employer brand and attract a diverse range of talent.Qualifications: Strong experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles and understanding the qualifications needed for various positions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in global recruitment and handling hard-to-fill positions.Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for recruiting top-tier talent.A relentless drive to leave no stone unturned in the search for the right candidates.This role requires someone who is not only driven and results-oriented but also capable of navigating a global talent pool to secure the best fit for PWR's growing operations.
