As our HRBP, you'll be at the heart of it all, working from either our Melbourne CBD or Sydney Potts Point offices, in a role designed to shape and strengthen our workplace culture.About the RoleReporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP is the go-to expert for all things people-related. You'll be providing strategic guidance and operational support across the Institute, driving initiatives that promote a psychologically safe, inclusive, and engaged work environment.
