Contract Administrator

TEN Recruitment has an exclusive role registered with a national contractor.
With a new project award starting in January 2025, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to be based on site to deliver this $20m facility.
To be successful, you'll require the following criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management and Economics or related degree.Previous experience working with a main contractor, executing head contracts and sub-contractor requirements.A keen eye for detail and ability to work as a leading team member within a busy site.Acconex software experience preferred but not essential.Reside in WA with recent commercial construction experience.3 years experience within a commercial construction environment.Your responsibilities include:
Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors.Provide support with procurement and purchasing matters.Working closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the projects are running smoothly.Manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.Aid with project cost forecasting and reporting.Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Provide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as required.Review progress claims and prepare progress payment certificates.Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols.If you feel you have the experience and would like to apply for the above role, please send your application to [emailprotected] or call for further information.
