About the opportunity ?  Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic blue trucks to deliver for customers?
As our MR  Truck Driver , you'll be the face of our trusted business at StarTrack facility Wingfield, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out.
You might not be working from home, but you'll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn't get better than that
We have full time vacancies and part time vacancies on offer
both working Mon-Fri, our full time vacancies are 38 hours a week, 7.6 hours a day with overtime (working between 8.5-10hrs a day with overtime penalty rates) and our part time roles work 30 hours a week (can be negotiated) generally 9am - 3pm which is a fantastic bracket giving you time to drop / collect the kids from school or just to enjoy your life balance
Our full time roles also come with a RDO.
These roles presently pay $30.81 per hour plus 12% super plus overtime rates.
You'll be Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility?  Completing your own daily vehicle safety check??  Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups Delivering an outstanding customer experience representing us??  Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups About you ? ?  You're a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player.
You're passionate about making a difference in the community.
You'll also need to ? Hold a Medium Rigid vehicle license??  Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck.
Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility?  Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills?  You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less with the capacity to lift up to 30kg Be prepared to provide a driving assessment, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
