The Southern Cross Assistant Store Manager role is pivotal to representing our brand directly to customers.
You will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs

About the Role The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenges to lead a highly motivated customer-focused team.
The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts to ensure touch points with the entire team and also the need to work some early morning, evening shifts, and weekends.
We expect you to be on the roster working alongside the team.
