About the role
This full-time Marketing Associate role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic commercial team at Roband Australia Pty Ltd, a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial food service equipment.
Based in Cromer, NSW, you will play a key part in the development and execution of the company's marketing communications strategy, supporting the broader business objectives.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and events Creating compelling content such as social media posts, demo videos, website copy, email newsletters and marketing collateral Competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials Tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a marketing communications or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, CRMs and analytics An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision making A collaborative approach and the flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously A keen interest in marketing trends and a desire to continually learn and develop your skills Competence in Adobe creative suite- primarily InDesign.
