The Role
As the Store Manager at NASHS BBQ AND FIRE WEBER STORE, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Castle Hill, NSW.
Your strategic leadership and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in driving sales, delivering an outstanding in-store experience, and ensuring the continued success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, sales, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organisation Analyze store performance metrics and implement data-driven initiatives to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and execute on growth opportunities Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience , preferably in a similar store environment Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a data-driven, analytical approach Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required What We Offer
