The Opportunity : As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administration and reception duties to support our office, working closely with our Workforce Management Team who roster clinicians to provide allied health services to people living in aged care or in their home.
You will be responsible for : Answering and directing incoming calls from clients as well as cliniciansActioning cancellations and following process to ensure all parties are made aware as appropriateGeneral administration tasks when capacity allowsGeneral reception duties such as sorting mail, organising IT for new starters, ordering office supplies, organising monthly morning teas and arranging couriers.To be successful in this role you will have : Excellent attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills.Well-developed ability to effectively prioritise tasks.An eagerness to learn new skills.A can-do problem-solving attitude.Previous experience in a similar role in Administration and knowledge of Allied Health is highly regarded, but not essential.Additionally, you will require : NDIS workers screening checkNational Police clearanceRight to work evidencePlena Perks : When joining our Plena Healthcare Community, you will also unlock a multitude of Plena Perks.
