At FinXL Professional Services, we're seeking an innovative IVR Developer to join our EB Delivery team.

About the Role
As an IVR Developer, you'll work alongside a talented team of Contact Centre specialists to design and implement sophisticated, user-centric interactions.
This role involves crafting intuitive end-to-end call flows, integrating APIs, and ensuring robust reporting, all while adhering to standardized deployment patterns.
What You'll Do Collaborate with engineers and Business Analysts to interpret requirements.Create and maintain design documentation for IVR solutions.Develop and execute test cases for IVR applications.Design and deploy IVR interactions based on user and business needs.Architect conversational flows using advanced technologies, including ASR, TTS, and NLU.Build scalable, flexible voice menus and ensure intuitive VUI capabilities.Integrate APIs and implement reporting mechanisms.Work closely with project teams to manage timelines and schedule maintenance.Develop test scripts and synthetic testing aligned with deployed solutions.What You'll Bring Proficiency in IVR development and customer experience (CX) methodologies.Expertise in voice biometrics, NLU technologies, and traditional contact centre scripting.Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.Experience with API integration and reporting principles.A passion for creating impactful, human-centered voice interactions.Why Join FinXL?
