We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Property Portfolio Manager to join our team.
This opportunity is ideal for you if you have exceptional attention-to-detail, and a demonstrated focus and proven capabilities on continual process improvement.

The Senior Property Manager will also oversee and assist the Keith PM Team.
About the opportunity: Your main responsibilities will be to manage the residential & commercial properties including:
Property inspectionsProcessing tenancy applicationsTrust accountingProperty maintenanceRegular contact with landlordsFacilitating landlord statementsLead and guide the Keith PM teamCreditor paymentsAbout you: Applicants with prior Property Management experience, who are well presented, have a desire to learn, a friendly but professional communication style, and experience with the Property Tree program will be at a distinct advantage.
A valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle is essential to this role, and candidates will require a current Property Manager's Licence in SA.
