Art Therapist (Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit)The new SMHRU unit offers mental health rehabilitation services for individuals needing extended inpatient care in a secure environment.

About Your New Role Are you looking for a role with real meaning and purpose?
Gold Coast Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Art Therapist to join our newly developed Secure Mental Health Unit and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities Advocate for the mental health needs of service consumers, their carers, and relevant agencies within the mental health team.Provide art therapy knowledge and skills required for art therapy practice.Provide professional judgement and continuously contribute to the development of best practice art therapy services.Participate in the development of clinical practice procedures and protocols.Provide specialised art therapy advice and reports.Qualifications To be successful in this position you will require:
