To break this down further, you will be responsible for:
Creating a dynamic and positive customer experience, by listening to the voice of the customer and implementing proactive strategies that enhance their journey with Wild EarthAchieving financial and quality targets for all retail storesWorking with the Merchandise manager to ensure product displays and visual merchandising are in line with branding requirements and the company's visual merchandising planCommunicating new product and seasonal drop schedules and planning display requirementsProviding support when dealing with difficult customer complaints and being the final escalation point for retail store complaints, ensuring they are handled professionally and to a mutually beneficial outcomeCreating and driving a strong team focus by leading, inspiring and embracing your peopleProviding proactive coaching and feedback to all members of the team as well as the opportunity to work, learn and growReducing potential theft and security issues by overseeing shop security and implementing and adjusting security measures as risks are identified.Qualification & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous retail, store management and customer service experience - at least 12 monthsMinimum Diploma qualification or higherProven success in leading and managing a teamTo enjoy reporting and analyzing store performanceTo be committed to ongoing product knowledge development to deliver fantastic customer experiencesConfidence in dealing with complex customer issues in the storeThe ability to lead a sales teamIntermediate computer skillsA comprehensive understanding of retail and adventure goodsTo be motivated and resourceful with a passion for what you doA collaborative team approachTo be agile, flexible and adaptableA passion for all things outdoorsAbout CompanyWild Earth's vision is simple – inspire, equip, and enable people with everything needed for a lightweight outdoor adventure.
