Job DescriptionAbout the Oral Health Manager role Lead the delivery of innovative, high-quality care, foster growth, cultivate a collaborative team culture, and make a lasting impact on the oral health of a diverse community
Reporting to the Executive Director of Integrated & Primary Care, this full-time, fixed-term role (Parental Leave Cover) is available from January 2025 to August 2025. Your Passion and Commitment will see you: Guide a dynamic team delivering innovative, person-centred oral health services.Oversee a diverse range of services, including public and private dental clinics, outreach programs, Smile Squad, and dental lab operations.Drive exciting service growth, quality improvement, and business innovation.Manage budgets, mentor staff, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.Cultivate a resilient, empowering work culture that puts clients and staff first.To succeed in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.Proven leadership in delivering exceptional oral health care and team management.Expertise in strategic planning, service design, and fostering external partnerships.A passion for community health and commitment to continuous improvement.Experience in public dental service delivery (highly desirable).For further information about this role, please refer to the position description (available via the YourCH Careers Hub).
