Join the team at Wild Food and Wine, a premier dining destination located in the heart of Castlemaine.
We love delivering exceptional service, quality dishes, and memorable dining experiences for our wonderful locals and visitor to the region.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure our standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily front of house operations of the restaurant.
Lead, train, and manage a team of waitstaff and supervisors.
Ensure outstanding customer service and handle any issues that arise professionally and efficiently.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with Australian regulations.
Curate the Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and make quick, strategic decisions.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
