We are seeking an enthusiastic Demi Chef looking for Full-Time employment opportunities.

The Roles: Assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchens on siteDelivering high-quality and modern food while following food safety standardsEfficient and effective food service deliveryDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholdersPeople management, including rostering and coachingMaintaining clean, safe, and hygienic work practicesStock control, including ordering and stock takingAbout You: Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen with qualifications or equivalent trade experience in events and cateringImmaculate grooming and pride in presentationA curious learner wanting to further their developmentThorough understanding of OH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety practicesHigh attention to detail with a hands-on approachAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work across a 7-day roster; hours vary due to event operationsPrevious experience in a large catering or corporate hospitality environment is an advantageMust hold a valid national police check no older than 4 weeksBenefits and Culture: Supportive and inclusive cultureA professional and safe working environmentIf you are passionate about food and have previous experience in a similar role, apply now
