Job Description About the role
We have a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Leader - Strategy and Architecture to join our Technology and Transformation team.
In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and communication of the People First Bank Technology Strategy (in conjunction with broader People First Bank strategy).
Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture to play a leadership role in the creation of a Technology Strategy.
The Technology Strategy must be a significant input to the Corporate Strategy.
Support establishment of the technology roadmap to deliver target state systems and desired organisational strategic outcomes.
Ensure organisational investments and initiative prioritisation is aligned to strategic outcomes.
Play a key role in the delivery of strategic divisional and organisation initiatives involving target state operating model and systems.
Establish robust and value adding relationships with key organisational stakeholders including Executive Sponsors and other senior leaders.
Establish robust and value adding relationships with critical strategic vendors to ensure alignment with technology strategy and target state.
Attend key portfolio working group meetings and key influential members of relevant Programs.
About you
You have strong experience supporting the senior stakeholders to ensure the technology strategy, architectural direction and roadmap is well understood across all areas applying a high level of commercial acumen associated with impacts of the Technology Strategy.
You enjoy working on strategic initiatives involving change at the Enterprise level in support of the Corporate strategy.
Key Skills: Experience in a senior leadership strategy/architecture/technology related role for a medium to large organisation with 10+ years of experience across strategy, technology or architecture leadership.
Extensive experience in successfully developing, communicating and implementing technology strategy.
Demonstrated experience in financial management of a technology or related function.
