Due to success, they need an AP Officer to join them ASAP.
The client is committed to sustainability, and they use advanced technology to produce environmentally friendly products.
Their operations are based in Australia, where they support the local economy by sourcing materials from Australian suppliers.Your new role:Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment?
The process can be complex and requires using US dollars to make international payments.
The client is therefore seeking someone who comes from a fast-paced commercial/industrial environment and holds a track record for a long tenure in a pure AP role.
In return, there is the capacity to learn and grow and take on additional tasks as it is a small to medium-sized business.
This will be a standalone Accounts Payable role, so you will 'own' the workload and be accountable for ensuring all payments are made on time.Key responsibilities: Process complex invoices, dealing with various international paymentsEfficient and accurate data entry and invoice processingManage accounts payable using ERP systems - exposure to MYOB, XERO, MSDynamics or Pronto would be beneficialAnswer phone calls and handle reception duties where neededOrder and manage office stationery supplies as neededSkills required:Proven experience in a standalone Accounts Payable roleStrong ERP system skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication skillsWhat they offer:Competitive salary of $75,000 + superOpportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environmentImmediate start availableOn-site parkingTemporary to permanent or straight permanent opportunity depending on your availability and progress in the roleIf you're interested in this role please apply to be considered.
