Roster: 8D6X FIFO ex Perth
Reporting to the Shutdown Superintendent, you will be responsible for generating and managing the Shutdown Schedule for all Modular shutdown maintenance activities.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a unique processing facility where your work is meaningful.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to deliver quality results and enjoys a challenging yet rewarding work environment whilst driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the planning and execution activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of detailed MS Project Gantt chartsFacilitate and manage the scope management process to align with the shutdown readiness milestonesScheduling of maintenance activities to optimise resources and durationScheduling and aligning major outages and provide cost reporting for shutdown maintenance activitiesActively collaborating with Stakeholders to ensure scope of work is accurate for safe execution and to achieve maximum reliability; assist in developing detailed shutdown work packsExecute post shutdown reporting and support close out process adhering to the work management processQualifications and ExperienceDemonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance schedulingHigh level experience in SAP and MS Project is essential; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with maintenance cost tracking and budgetingKnowledge with all aspects of fixed plant maintenance execution and strategiesMechanical or Electrical trade background within fixed plant is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders in a dynamic work environment coupled with strong time management skillsOur CommitmentFortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
