About you You are an excellent communicator, well-presented, passionate, creative and innovative.You are flexible, and able to manage unexpected changes to plans with a positive attitude.You have a track record in paramedicine, emergency nursing, fire EMR, military medicine or other direct experience within the emergency medical field.Current police check (or willingness to acquire).Current working with children's check (or willingness to acquire).Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (or willingness to undertake this before employment).Military Background.Remote / wilderness medical experience.Operational deployments (humanitarian, emergency services, military).About the role Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses to a variety of organisations.Opportunity to deliver specialist electrical and rescue training courses (if you have relevant industry experience).Opportunity to deliver Mental Health courses (if you have relevant industry/life experience).You will receive all the necessary training, equipment and support to excel in your role.We encourage and support your professional development to help you excel and grow with us.Enjoy flexible work options that accommodate your schedule and preferences, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles.About us Real Response is a registered training organisation that empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate critical situations.
