Joining our pharmacy team based at St. Andrews's Private War Memorial Hospital in Spring Hill, you will work with allied health professionals and doctors to deliver optimum patient-centred pharmaceutical care.St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital is a 250-bed facility and has been providing healthcare to patients since 1958.
It is the first private hospital in Queensland to have a cardiac surgical unit, and provides core services which include: Cardiac, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, and Rehabilitation.About the RoleSome of the duties and responsibilities you will undertake in this role include:Deliver high level pharmacy services to the hospital staff, patients and customers.Dispense and supply medications for hospital and cancer patients.Assist with imprest and pharmacy inventory management.Undertake delivery and collection of medications to hospital wards.Complete data entry of patient specific information into database.Assist with patient account enquiries.Liaise with hospital staff and associated employees.Assist the pharmacy teams with any general administration.The pharmacy operates 7 days a week, with varying start/finish times during those times.
