We will be hiring an experienced and proven Senior Estimator to contribute to our ongoing growth.
Snapshot of your new day-to-day
Prepare and coordinate high quality and accurate tender proposals and submissions Source and collate supplier and contractor quotes Develop relationships with clients, designers, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Review, develop and maintain accurate and up to date cost information Attend tender interviews and take the lead as required Liaise with project teams and prepare project schedules Mentor and grow other Estimators to be the best they can be Preparation of construction budgets for handover to the construction team Help continually improve our estimating processes and systems Foundation for your success in the role
Genuine passion for the Construction industry and Estimating Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline / equivalent experience Extensive experience in a Senior Estimator role working across multiple projects, ideally in Tier 1 & 2 builders Proven background on medium-to-large new construction projects High level of proficiency with CostX and Estimate One Well versed with preliminaries costing Sound understanding of construction systems and methodologies and the ability to demonstrate this to clients Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships built on trust and authenticity Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly Experience mentoring junior team members A strong team focus, and highly motivated We are the destination for your career in construction
