About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site.
Working with the Residential Manager and Allied Health practitioners, you will ensure all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights.
The SECURE full time position is available at Juniper Bethshan, a cozy 26-room residential home that combines original 1920s charm with modern facilities, and Juniper Waratah Lodge, a 16-bed facility that offers a similar sense of community and belonging.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager available to work the below required roster:
Monday to Friday, start times are flexible you have the option to work: 8:00am - 16:00pm, 8:30am - 16:30pm and or 9:00am - 17:00pm. To support a work life balance. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needsProvide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered careActively support and work cohesively with the clinical care teamSupport the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staffFacilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residentsReview AN-ACC appraisals prior to being submitted to Medicare, analyzing and reporting any anomalies to the Residential ManagerKey Requirements: AHPRA RegistrationExperience as a Clinical Nurse Lead in an aged care settingComprehensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical and care practicesDemonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, accreditation requirements, AN-ACC funding requirements, and documentationExperience with clinical problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused careSatisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police ClearanceWhat's on offer: Not for profit tax savings and benefits of up to $18,550 p/a*Free on-site parkingHealth Insurance discounts with HBF or MedibankEmployment within a large, well respected, aged care organisation presenting ongoing career opportunitiesPeople of all ages and cultures are encouraged to apply.
