About the role The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing clinical leadership, critical thinking, and direct care to patients throughout the patient journey in a custodial setting.
You will manage the delivery of nursing care using well-developed skills to manage patients with routine, urgent, and chronic disease health conditions; health promotion and education; preventative health and immunisation; emergency response and medication management.
Minimum Requirements Current registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).Eligibility for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector (must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status).A current Working with Children Check or ability to successfully apply for one.Benefits and opportunities Flexible working arrangementsCareer pathway opportunitiesLearning and development opportunity programsApplication process Please ensure you review the attached Job Description Form (JDF) for further information about the requirements of the position.
