About the role
As Bartons continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Capalaba (previous dealership experience in admin/accounts required).

This role requires an office all-rounder who is comfortable in a fast-paced accounts and administration role.
A bit about you:
You will have previous accounts or administration experience in a dealership.
Strong attention to detail.
An ability to work autonomously.
Excellent organisation and data entry skills.
Pleasant telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
High standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
Previous experience working with Pentana / ERA systems preferred.
Registration / QT accreditation preferred.
