This continued growth has enabled us to expand our team, and we are now looking for a hands-on go-getting Sales Manager to join us.With a strong distributor, specialty, and growing FMCG base, this role will see you working with our key global brands which includes Kamikaze Energy, Athletic Sport, and X50 Lifestyle.The role
As National Sales Manager, you will pride yourself on performance.
If the challenge to improve results and unlock new opportunities excites you, then this role is for you.This is a newly created role which offers a unique opportunity to build and implement comprehensive sales strategies from the ground up, enhance market share, and maintain lasting relationships with key partners.
With a focus on revenue and profitability, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales efforts.Tribeca Brands

Our team is small but mighty.Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement robust sales and distribution strategies aimed at future growth, sustainability, and profitability.Drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and meet sales targets across B2B channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners through strategic planning and commercial acumen to enhance sales and market reach.Secure new customers, launch new products in B2B sales channels, and manage key accounts effectively.Develop tailored training materials, conduct regular training sessions for customers, and lead merchandising efforts for our brands in retail locations.Oversee sales operations, budgeting, and forecasting, and continuously analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.Key Skills you'll have:
Strong sales management background having experience across all FMCG, C&I, distribution, and retail channels would be advantageous but not all are expected.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing sales revenue.A passion for sales and be very hands-on.Second to none management and communication style.A hunger to achieve.Why Join Us?
