The individual appointed to this position will have to deliver the highest service level to clients and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist direct manager in managing and supervising the team on all tasks including transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, and other client reporting.Control and monitor the processes and delivery to ensure we meet all agreed KPIs.Promote and provide training/demo to clients on the use of the SS&C portal.Respond timely to enquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors.Handle new client onboarding, ensuring all internal setups meet client needs.Build and maintain good relationships with clients.Participate in system enhancement projects to improve reporting quality or operational efficiency.CREDENTIALSMinimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds.Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production.Experience working as a supervisor with strong multitasking abilities.Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Mandarin speaking is a plus.Salary offered: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (depending on experience) + super + discretionary bonus.Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.SS&C Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant for employment or employee on the basis of race, color, religious creed, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by applicable discrimination laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
