About the role and where you will be working: As a valued team member, you'll be part of our wider clinical team that provides quality & client-focused care in people's homes.
We're committed to offering tailored services and making the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible.
This person should be comfortable driving between clients in the Perth metro area.
About you: Problem solving comes naturally to you, and you don't sweat the small stuff.
This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.You're comfortable working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support.Home care workers do a lot of driving each day, so you'll need to enjoy being out on the road.
To be considered for this role, you'll need: AHPRA registration. Initiative and the ability to multi-task. Great interpersonal & communication skills.
