We are currently seeking a Senior Market Research Associate based out of our Sydney office to provide tactical marketing and business development management support.
What We Offer: Professional development and career growth opportunities across a variety of sectors (Corporate, Project Finance, Public Finance, Structured Finance and Financial Institutions).Opportunities to build high-profile relationships with issuers, bankers, investors, and other market participants.High visibility in a strongly performing regional team that has been growing revenue strongly over many years.Collaboration amongst internal divisions including relationship, analytical, finance and marketing teams.Significant travel opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand.Collaborative working environment and a Diversity and Inclusion working culture.We'll Count on You To: Support BRM initiatives for the Australian office.Compile various billings, accounting and internal performance reports.Co-ordinate revenue analysis of applicable customer relationships.Organise Fitch-hosted and Fitch-sponsored events in Australia and New Zealand.Provide cover for other BRM team members in their absence.Support investor development and outreach in Australia and New Zealand.What You Need to Have: A minimum of four years relevant marketing or relationship management experience in debt capital markets or banking/financial services sectors.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and market participants on important industry issues.Effective presentation and negotiation skills.Good interpersonal skills and a team player.Good command of spoken and written English.Willingness to have extensive business travel.What Would Make You Stand Out: College or MBA degree with specialisation in business, finance, or other relevant fields.Fitch is committed to providing global securities markets with objective, timely, independent and forward-looking credit opinions.
