The Opportunity We have a unique opportunity for a professional and reliable Family Relations Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our friendly head office team in Bondi.
You will be responsible for focusing on all new enrolment leads and ensuring that the service occupancy targets are met through the use of effective sales techniques.
Along with ensuring that enrolled families are assisted with enrolment enquiries throughout the duration of their time with Active Kids Group.
Your duties will include but not be limited to: All administration tasks including enrolments amendments, welcome emails, and responding to parent enquiriesBe the first point of contact for potential new families via phone, email and live chatBooking potential new families in for Centre toursEnsuring all enrolments and terminations are in line with policies and regulationsMaintaining external and internal waitlistsLiaising with families regarding account enquiries including fees and Child Care Subsidy entitlementsFollowing up on additional day requests and upselling of daysActively working with the Family Relations and Marketing team along with Centre coordinators to ensure services and occupancy is alignedSales and maintaining occupancySkills and Qualifications Full Australian Working RightsCurrent WWCC or willing to obtainExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer LiteracyWarm and enthusiastic attitudeDemonstrated integrity and passionPrevious experience in the Early Childhood industryQik Kids software experience preferredWhat's in it for you?
