About The Role Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for coordinating and managing site mobilisation activities?
We are seeking a dedicated Site Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team at Eneabba.
In this role, you will efficiently coordinate and execute all administrative aspects of mobilisation.
A key aspect of your roles and responsibilities will include supporting project activities and fostering effective communication among all employees, visitors, and contractors.
This is a drive-in drive-out (DIDO) site-based permanent position, working on a 5:2, 4:3 roster.
As the Site Mobilisation Coordinator you will: Obtain site clearance and complete mobilisation for employees, visitors, and contractors to site
Coordinate accommodation bookings, utilising electronic systems such as INX
Maintain accurate rosters for all employees and contractors
Collaborate with project planners to develop accommodation forecasts
Act as the conduit between the accommodation village management contractor and company management
Coordinate bus transfers with Contractor representatives
Process and file contractor documents for site mobilisation, including induction and training records
Handle travel bookings and ensure the utilisation of the journey management system
Collaborate with Site Management for seamless onboarding, including booking inductions and ordering uniforms
Coordinate training and inductions with internal and external providers based on project needs
Assist with procurement activities, including tracking orders and coordinating deliveries
Provide general administrative support to the project team
About You Proficiency in Site Mobilisation and Camp Booking Systems software such as INX is essential
Previous experience in project administration or construction-related administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Experience collaborating and coordinating with the Village Management and Catering Contractor is essential
