Position Highlights The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student-centred, flexible and challenging.
This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025.
The Coordinator position is a promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years; however, your classroom teaching position (1.0FTE) will be full-time and permanent.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $122,100salary packaging of up to $15,900 annuallyup to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS studentsongoing training and development opportunitiesAbout You As a Music - Teacher in Charge, you will work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to : create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of studentsdemonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Musicutilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progressemploy a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedbacksupport the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for studentsdemonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-beingintegrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiencesorganise and lead the music at all College Masses and Assemblieslead the Music Department with Teaching and Learning.You will have attained : a tertiary qualification in Educationeligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.Application Process Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
