The Mobile Crane Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, professional and customer focused Service Manager.
Based in our Dandenong branch and reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations and will lead an experienced team servicing our customers throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
This dynamic role is suited for someone with experience in the crane, heavy vehicle, or fleet maintenance industry.
Key responsibilities: Manage Service team and workload.Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers.Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department (P&L and WIP)Maintain and develop long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers.Coordination of warranty and product improvement worksCoaching and development of Service TeamEnsure behaviour is consistent with business values and expectations.About you: Technical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes is an advantage but not essentialCertificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable)Proven experience in a mechanical repair and service environmentPrevious management or team leadership experienceTrade qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical disciplineFlexible approach to meet the needs of the businessGood communication and negotiation skillsCulture We are dedicated to seeing our employees work together in an environment that fosters the true meaning of collaboration; a culture that creates the highest quality, cutting-edge products, long-lasting relationships, and improved organisational and individual capabilities.
