About Us Through local expertise and global scale, we at Global Payments Oceania deliver market-leading technology solutions through five regional sub-brands — Eway, Ezidebit, Sentral, Pigeonhole Software, and Storman.

We support both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers with a range of inquiries and are a pivotal part of our customer's journey.
Working with a small team in an open-plan office environment, you'll deliver outstanding customer service experiences, with an emphasis on customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include : Managing and actioning incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers in a timely and effective manner;Responding, investigating, and resolving questions and queries from clients;Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity;Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.Our Benefits We want you to be you
