About the role:We are seeking tenacious and resilient Territory Managers who are data-driven and excel at building long-lasting commercial relationships with customers.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for executing the animal health sales and marketing strategy, focusing initially on the companion animal veterinary segment, with opportunities to expand into other species and channels as the business grows.
As a Territory Manager, you will be accountable for acquiring and retaining animal health business within your assigned territory.
This will involve partnering with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the accounts you serve, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
You will also collaborate across DBG Health to strengthen customer engagement and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:
Accountability for acquisition and retention of animal health customers in their territory.
Discovering the customer's professional priorities, personal motivators and intended results.
Deliver sales growth through execution of Arrovet Go-To-Market strategy.
Educate, train and support animal health customers to drive substitution and loyalty growth.
Drive rapid uptake of new product launches and promotions.
Report and provide information to key decision makers regarding the ongoing performance of customers, to support business planning and goal tracking.
Register, review & request rebate attributed to each customer based on performance measures.
Identify opportunities for animal health customers to adopt/integrate/implement programs offered by Arrovet.
Support the customer to drive engagement with the program through training, target setting and performance reporting.
Identify and acquire new animal health customers in the territory.
Promote DBG Health and create opportunities for engagement with other portfolios and service offerings.
Work effectively across the entire organisation.
Leverage all available organisational resources and forge new internal collaborations to enhance customer engagement.
Skills & Experience:
High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, and taking action to prevent them.
Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role.
Thorough understanding of the animal health industry.
3 -5 years' experience in a similar account management/customer facing role in a complex workplace environment.
3+ years in animal health.
Valid Australian Driver Licence.
