In this challenging role, you will coordinate the dispatch, utilisation and timely delivery of our Concrete trucks.Your forward-thinking approach will contribute to your success in planning our driver schedules in line with customer orders.This role will suit a strong problem solver who has their finger on the pulse.
You will possess the ability to think on your feet and have a superior customer service ethic.The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work between our operating hours of 6am-6 pm Monday to Friday and a rotating Saturday from 6- 2pm.Full training will be provided on our processes and systems.Your day will involve :Manage orders and ensure timely deliveryWork with team members & Production to maximise serviceEnsure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily scheduleNotify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late deliveryComply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safetyWhat are we looking for?Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferredDemonstrated customer service and solution focused mindsetProficiency with navigating multiple systemsWell-developed problem solving and prioritization skillsAbility to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environmentGood interpersonal and communication skillsWhat's on offer?A collaborative, fast-paced environment that's guaranteed to make your day go quicklyAn organisation who values your abilities and rewards results that drive business success, share goals and celebrate individual and team successA working environment that is safe, supportive and dynamic with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its peopleEqual Opportunity Employer Indigenous candidates are encouraged to applyAbout Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
