About the roleWhat your days might look like As a People Operations Specialist, your mission will be to streamline processes, enhance employee development, and implement impactful people programs that align with our big, hairy, audacious goal (BHAG).
What you'll be responsible forPromptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policiesHR Process Management and ImprovementImplement and improve HR policies, technology, and initiativesHR Analytics and AdvisoryRecord, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systemsSkills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goalsCompares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actionsProblem solvingIdentifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
