The role Nobu Matsuhisa's acclaimed Japanese Peruvian restaurant is the jewel amongst the restaurants of Crown Sydney.
Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, the full-time Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine in leading a professional culinary team ensuring that the kitchen operates as a successful profit centre by organising, directing, and controlling production and administration in accordance with Crown's standards and policies.
This role is responsible for delivering key business concept statements to deliver against set financial and people targets.
