Templestowe Lower, VIC 1 day Nanny (Monday) Contract – 12+ months long term preferred Pay: From $35 per hour depending on experience A professional and loving family in Templestowe Lower, VIC are seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their 2 children (4yr old girl and 12 month old baby boy).
Note- Oct- Dec 2024 care is only required for the youngest and then from Jan 2025 care will be required for both children on the Monday.
The days and normal hours are – 1 day per week Monday 8.30- 3.00 pm A nanny who is kind and friendly but also nurturing, easy going, calm and patient.
A nanny who is organised, can structure their day, follow the children's routines and provide fun, creative and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that will assist in the children's development.
A nanny who values children's safety, is trustworthy, reliable, adaptive, respectful and able to form a special bond with the whole family and stay on a long-term basis.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows – To care for the children Follow the children's routine Play and engage with the children Take the children to activities, i.e.
playground, walks and to the park/playgrounds Light household duties – Light housework dishes, sweeping, wipe down surfaces as needed, laundry and folding if time allows Meal and snacks through the day for the children and prepare/cook an evening meal The family's expectations from their nanny are – Must have a minimum of 3+ years nanny or childcare experience Childcare qualification (Preferred) Have a current first aid certificate Have a current Working with Children's check Display strong communication skills and speak English Non smoker/vaper Child safety practices Basic cooking skills and food safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
