As you step through our front doors, you'll be transported into a different world, where the 1930s are kicking off and Belgium's old school style and charm oozes through the walls.
We're a unique experience to Perth, providing locals and visitors with an authentic experience, complete with a huge selection of our famous Belgian Beer, and a menu full of delicious dishes, with a nod to modern Australian cuisine, including all the pub classics you know and love.Everyone's welcome, come as you areWhoever you are, whatever your title, we're all on the same level

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at Belgian Beer Cafe.
What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and barsAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA and Approved Managers CardThe benefits are good too An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.
