As a Sales Qualifier with Knotwood Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for qualifying incoming sales leads and matching existing and prospective customers with the appropriate sales person.
This full-time role is based in Stapylton, Queensland, and will involve a mix of incoming calls and responding to inquiries.

What you'll be doing
Conducting initial assessments of customer needs and requirements through targeted questions.
Providing product information, pricing details, and tailored recommendations to potential customers.
Coordinating handoffs to the sales team for further engagement and closing of deals.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and lead qualification procedures.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively qualify customer needs.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
