Located in Indooroopilly, my client is in its 8th year and is one of the fastest growing accounting firms in QLD.
They have developed deep expertise in servicing the building and construction industry and associated sectors.
Their business services team specializes in helping businesses become more profitable and sustainable.
The work is interesting and rewarding.
They partner with owners/managers to become their trusted commercial advisors to unlock the full potential of their business.
Purpose of the Role
Your role will be to work in one of their business services teams which offers a broad range of services including:
Manage your own client base Coach and mentor staff Oversee the quality of client work Develop systems and processes and help drive firm culture Build and maintain your own client relationships Monitor and ensure statutory compliance deadlines for your clients are met Providing input into ongoing strategic and commercial decisions Win new clients and grow your client base (if you have never done this before, we will train you) Candidate Attributes
Minimum 6 years' + experience in tax compliance and/or business services CA/CPA preferred Experience managing a team Experience managing an offshore team highly regarded Able to juggle competing priorities well Enjoy direct client contact and lots of it Why Work Here?
