About the roleWe are seeking a driven and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at Wynnum Manly Leagues Club.
This is a full-time position and 100% onsite in our office in Manly West with flexible hours.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and social media presence while contributing to the overall success of the club.
What you'll be doing Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and events.Supporting the creation of engaging content such as social media posts, blog articles and promotional materials.Conducting market research and data analysis to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Providing administrative support to the marketing manager, including tracking budgets and performance metrics.Attending and contributing to marketing team meetings and brainstorming sessions.What we're looking for A recent degree in Marketing, Communications or work experience in a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, familiar with digital marketing tools and Canva.Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud.Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Enthusiasm for the marketing industry and a willingness to learn and grow.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.What we offer At Wynnum Manly Leagues Club, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
