Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to support the National Director and a number of sales, leasing and advisory operators within our Healthcare & Retirement Living team who are based in Brisbane & Sydney.
If you excel in a fast-paced environment where each day presents new challenges, then this position is the perfect opportunity for you.
This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry.
There is flexibility available regarding commencement date - with the option of starting at the beginning of December or in mid-January depending on the successful candidate's preference.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Working with the team to coordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentationAssisting in the production of high-quality marketing materialsUpdating the company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurateManaging online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websitesCoordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessaryReconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessaryQualificationsTo be successful in this challenging role you will need to possess:
A degree or qualification in the field of Marketing or Graphic Design would be highly regardedExcellent written and oral communication skillsMinimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with favour given to capable experience in In-Design, and previous experience using CRM systemsAttention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements and think outside the boxPrevious administration and marketing experience within the commercial property industry would be viewed as highly advantageousWe offer on the job support in a friendly and fast-paced environment along with the opportunity for further education and career progression.
