Marketing Team Lead

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced leader based in Brisbane to join our National Marketing and Communications Team in the newly-created role of Marketing Team Lead.
With a hard reporting line to the National Growth and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Team Lead will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing diverse teams and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
This permanent, full-time role requires a strong background in people leadership, digital marketing and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the team remains focused on achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Develop and implement comprehensive national and local marketing strategies to promote our increasingly integrated networks of hospitals and health services.Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
This includes the day-to-day delivery of strategic marketing campaigns to position Ramsay Health Care as the preferred health care provider in Australia.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing, digital and social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Drive traditional and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform future strategy and grow our market share.Collaborate with other team members in the marketing, brand, communications and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required to ensure strategic alignment.Support the organisation to build a highly integrated healthcare system that benefits patients and drives loyalty to the brand.Ensure the team measures and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Proven experience in a similar role managing a team of at least five people to deliver targeted marketing strategies in complex environments.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing including the use of marketing software and tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to deliver on set KPIs.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines and within budget.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience working in the healthcare industry.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field.Requirements A National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months may be asked of you.To Apply All applications must be lodged online.
