We are searching for an Account Specialist with strong Digital Media & Advertising experience to join their high-performing & innovative Video Ads team who are doing what has never been done before.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire pre-to-post campaign execution process as a trusted advisor to sales teams, crafting winning media plans, managing all aspects of campaign delivery and driving client success.
Here's what you'll be doing: Support Sales & Operations teams to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics Coordinate weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting Provide sales teams with necessary campaign performance I.e.
post-campaign wrap reports Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities and ad policies What you'll bring to the role: 3-4+ years of successful experience in Account Management or Sales Operations within the digital media industry , with a particular focus on video advertising campaigns.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, able to translate data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across the team.
Proven project management expertise , adept at juggling multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
Familiarity with leading Advertising Research and Verification vendors (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Moat).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and impactful messages to diverse audiences.
A passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to innovation in a fast-paced environment.
